多元交融理念下文化应答评价模式的发展与启示

摘　　要：文化应答评价模式聚焦受教育者的文化背景、风俗传统、身心状态和价值观念等文化要素,是当前国内外教育评价模式改革发展的主流趋势之一。它从积极视角审视教育评价问题,有效促进了教育公平,拓展了评价过程中多元参与的途径,提升了评价结果的信度和效度,但也存在激进主义和文化对抗的风险。在促进多元文化和谐交融的理念下,立足中国新时代的基本国情,科学融合文化应答核心要素,在继承优势的基础上改革创新,对于中国农村教育、少数民族教育、特殊教育和思想政治教育等领域的教育评价改革具有重要借鉴意义。Culturally Responsive Evaluation(CRE)is a newly-developed approach to educational evaluation,which gives particular attention to cultural beliefs,values and behaviours of those to be evaluated.CRE not only promotes multi-stakeholders involvement in evaluation practice,but also improves cultural validity and reliability of educational evaluation.In fact,CRE is an importance means to achieve educational equity in our multicultural society today,though it does bring the risk of cultural clashes at the same time.CRE also has significant implications for China’s ongoing reform in educational evaluation.We can integrate CRE especially into our rural education,moral-political education,education for ethnic minorities,and special education for students with disabilities,so as to achieve pluralistic integration in China in the new era.
