摘　　要：高职院校师德建设是实现高职教师队伍建设和高职教育高质量发展的重要保障。高职院校师德建设应关注师德内容的时代性、师德标准的选择性以及师德约束的过程性三个维度及其相互关系。针对当前高职院校师德建设中内容教育缺乏成效、师德标准简单化和师德约束过于注重外部约束等现实困境,为进一步优化高职院校师德建设,应积极引导师德内容与时代相适应,推进师德标准与职业角色结合以及促进内外在师德约束相互转化。The construction of teachers’ moral codes is very important to improve the ranks of teachers and the high-quality development of vocational colleges. Thus, this study points out its three-dimensional relations and their interaction. One is the epochal character of contents;one is the selection of standards;and the other is the process-oriented constraints. Facing inefficient moral contents, simple moral standards and weigh-heavily external constraints, some measures need to be taken. First, contents should conform to the times;second, standards are required to combine with occupation roles;third, intrinsic and extrinsic constraints need to realize mutual transformation.
