摘  要:“1+X”证书制度是推动新型复合人才高质量培养的重要途径。文章阐述了“1+X”证书制度的现状、内涵及所面对的挑战,分析了当前高职教育背景下食品类专业人才培养存在问题,探讨了在“1+X”证书制度下食品类专业人才培养模式创新实践的路径。通过采用明确人才培养目标,精准定位专业工作岗位;构建课证融通的课程体系;增强校企合作;建立“双师型”教师保障;推行信息化教法改革;结合行业特点推进教材改革并完善课程评价机制的创新形式,培养出更适合食品行业发展的高素质技能型人才。The “1+X” certificate system is an important way to promote the high-quality training of new composite talents.Expound the current situation, connotation and challenges of the “1+X” certificate system, analyze the problems existing in the training of food professionals under the background of higher vocational education, and discuss the path of innovative practice of the training mode of food professionals under the “1+X” certificate system. Through the adoption of clear talent training objectives, precise positioning of professional jobs;Construct a curriculum system that integrates courses and certificates;Strengthen school-enterprise cooperation;Establish the guarantee of “double-qualified” teachers;Carry out information-based teaching reform;Combine with the characteristics of the industry to promote the reform of teaching materials and improve the innovative form of curriculum evaluation mechanism to cultivate high-quality skilled talents, which are more suitable for the development of the food industry.
