摘  要:基于延安大学传统成人本科外科护理学教学中存在的问题,结合成人本科护理人才培养的目标和PBL教学法的特点,在医学院校护理专业成人本科学生的外科护理学教学中实施以问题为导向的教学法(problembased learning,PBL),进一步实践和探索PBL教学法对提升护理成人本科学生岗位胜任力的作用。通过研究PBL教学法的实施,做到了因材施教,扭转了成人本科学生的困境局面。PBL教学法成功地点燃课堂,提高了成人本科学生的学习效率;改进了考核方式,注重成人本科学生的过程性成长。学生能主动运用护理的基本知识、基本理论和基本技能来解决以前在岗位上难以胜任的工作,有效地提高了护理成人本科学生核心素养。Based on the problems existing in the traditional surgical nursing teaching for adult undergraduate students in Yan’an University, combined with the goal of adult undergraduate nursing talent training and the characteristics of problem oriented teaching, the problem based learning(PBL) method was implemented in the surgical nursing teaching for adult undergraduate nursing students in medical colleges, Further practice and explore the role of PBL teaching method in improving the post competency of adult nursing undergraduate students. Through the research on the implementation of PBL teaching method, we have achieved teaching in accordance with their aptitude and reversed the plight of adult undergraduate students. PBL teaching method successfully ignites the classroom and improves the learning efficiency of adult undergraduate students;The assessment method has been improved, focusing on the process growth of adult undergraduate students. The students can actively use the basic knowledge, basic theory and basic skills of nursing to solve the work that they were unable to do on the post before, effectively improving the core quality of adult nursing undergraduate students.
