Investigation on the Current Situation of Master’s Enrollment and Training in Rehabilitation Related Majors in China

摘　　要：目的 为了建设“康复中国”,响应国家“十三五”卫生与健康科技创新专项规划中重点发展教育和就业辅助的号召,就康复专业人才培养现状从国家学科调整、卫生事业发展、康复体系细化、硕士招生变化4个方面进行研究分析。方法 通过文献检索、网站搜索、问卷调查、电话访问的方式调查研究国内高校康复相关专业硕士的招生培养现状。结果 截至2020年,此次调查统计了全国149所院校硕士的招生情况,初步分析了我国康复相关专业硕士的招生现状。目前开设康复医学与理疗学专业(100215、105114)硕士点的院校数量和招收人数最多,医学技术(康复治疗方向,101005)次之,而开设运动康复类专业(100216、105115、040302)的国内院校仅有12所。结论 我国开设康复硕士点的院校数量呈上升趋势,各院校的研究方向逐年细化,部分院校的拟招人数逐年增多。近年来已有高校开设的康复医学与理疗学硕士点不再招收康复治疗学理学学位的本科生,这表明康复专业的招生工作正在逐年规范。Objective To build “Rehabilitation China” and respond to the call of the national “13 th Five-Year plan” for health and health science and technology innovation to focus on the development of education and employment assistance, the current situation of rehabilitation professional training was studied and analyzed from four aspects: national discipline adjustment, health development, rehabilitation system refinement and master degree enrollment change. Methods Through literature search, website search, questionnaire survey and telephone interview, the current situation of enrollment and cultivation of master’s degree in rehabilitation related majors in domestic universities was investigated. Results As of the year of 2020, This survey statistics the enrollment of master’s degree in 149 colleges and universities in China, and preliminary analyzes the enrollment status of master’s degree in rehabilitation related majors in China. At present, there are the largest number of colleges and universities offering master’s programs in rehabilitation medicine and physiotherapy(100215, 105114), followed by medical technology(rehabilitation treatment, 101005), and only 12 domestic colleges and universities offering sports rehabilitation(100216, 105115, 040302). Conclusion The proportion of institutions offering rehabilitation master’s programs in China is on the rise. The research direction of each university is refined year by year, and the number of students to be recruited in some colleges and universities is increasing year by year. In recent years, the master’s program of rehabilitation medicine and physiotherapy has been set up by colleges and universities no longer enroll undergraduates with science degree of rehabilitation therapy, which indicates that the enrollment of rehabilitation major is being standardized year by year.
