摘  要:目的:建立一种高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射检测器法测定食品中β-环状糊精含量。方法:样品用水提取后经蛋白沉淀剂沉淀蛋白,使用C_(18)柱分离,以甲醇∶水(10∶90)为流动相等度洗脱,流速为1.0 mL·min^(-1),ELSD检测器检测,外标法定量。结果:方法的检出限为1.0 g·kg^(-1),精密度为0.22%~1.01%,回收率为87.0%~99.4%,且线性关系良好,r=0.99969。结论:该方法准确、可靠,适用于食品中β-环状糊精含量的测定。Objective:To establish a high performance liquid chromatographer-evaporative light scattering detector method for the determination ofβ-cyclodextrin in food.Method:After extracting with water,the samples were precipitated by protein precipitator,separated by C_(18) column,eluted with methanol∶water(10∶90)as flow equal degree,the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^(-1),detected by ELSD detector,and quantified by external standard method.Result:The detection limit of the method was 1.0 g·kg^(-1),the precision was 0.22%~1.01%,the recovery was 87.0%~99.4%,and the linear relationship was good,r=0.99969.Conclusion:The method is accurate,reliable and suitable for the determination ofβ-cyclodextrin in food.
