摘　　要：全科医师在恶性肿瘤的全程管理中扮演着重要角色。肿瘤内科是全科住院医师接受规范化培训的主要基地,但目前教学实践中存在主动带教意识不强、带教不规范等诸多问题。湖州市中心医院肿瘤内科通过改革教学理念、调整规培计划、变革教学模式、重视医患沟通等方面开展研究并提出优化方案,有助于提高全科住院医师的肿瘤学规培质量,为改善我国基层肿瘤诊治水平提供帮助。General practitioners play an important role in the whole-process management of malignant tumors.The department of oncology is the main base for general residents to receive standardized training,but there are many problems in teaching practice,such as weak awareness of active teaching,non-standard teaching.The department of oncology of Huzhou central hospital carried out research and put forward optimization plan through reforming teaching concept,adjusting training plan,reforming teaching mode,attaching importance to doctor-patient communication and others,which is helpful to improve the quality of medical oncology training of general residents,and improve the level of cancer diagnosis and treatment in villages and communities of China.
