摘  要:厌学是中学生常见的心理健康问题之一,如何应对中学生厌学问题值得学界关注。文章以积极心理学三大支柱理论为基础分析了中学生厌学原因,然后提出改善中学生厌学问题的对策,即关注学生学习上的进步使学生获得积极情绪体验、培养积极的人格特质以及积极的社会组织系统环境的构建。Weariness of learning is one of the common mental health problems of middle school students. How to deal with the problem deserves the attention of the academic community. Based on the three pillar theories of positive psychology, this paper analyzes the reasons why middle school students are tired of learning, and then puts forward solutions to this problem, that is, to pay attention to the progress of students’ learning so that students can obtain positive emotional experience, cultivate positive personality traits, and build a positive social organizational system environment.
