摘　　要：我国食品标准与法规因社会的快速发展而日新月异,给课程教学带来一些问题。通过“食品标准与法规”的教学内容、教学方法和考核形式的改革探索,讨论如何提升教学质量,达到人才培养目标,提高大学生的知识水平和能力,从而满足新时代经济社会发展。Due to the rapid development of society,China’s food standards and regulations are changing with each passing day,which has brought some problems to the course teaching.Through the reform and exploration of the teaching contents,teaching methods and examination forms of food standards and regulations,discuss how to improve the teaching quality,achieve the goal of talent training,and improve the knowledge level and ability of college students,in order to meet the economic and social development in the new era.
