“文化润疆”背景下传统文化传承与推广的新模式——以新疆高校古典诗词吟唱为例

摘　　要：从“文化援疆”到“文化润疆”,党中央对新疆文化事业的扶持经历了从增强“外援”到促进“内生”的转变。作为中华优秀传统文化的重要组成部分,古典诗词历经千年内涵丰富,体现了中华文化的博大精深。在高校开展古典诗词吟唱类活动,将高校作为主阵地传承诗教,唱响礼乐,既有利于推广普及国家通用语言文字,促进各民族广泛交往、全面交流、深度交融,又能达到美以润心、文以化人的育人目的,是贯彻落实“文化润疆”的重要举措。今后可通过推动古典诗词吟唱进入高校课程体系、借助新媒体加强融合传播、创办古典诗词吟唱国学课堂等方式,更好地传承弘扬中华优秀传统文化,铸牢中华民族共同体意识。From"cultural assistance to Xinjiang"to"cultural replenishment of Xinjiang",the CPC Central Committee's support for cultural undertakings in Xinjiang has experienced a transformation from"blood transfusion"to"blood production".As an important part of China's excellent traditional culture,classical poetry has been rich in connotation for thousands of years,reflecting the broad and profound Chinese culture.Carrying out classical poetry chanting activities in colleges and universities,taking colleges and universities as the key position to inherit poetry education and sustain rites and music culture,is not only con⁃ducive to the promotion of the popularization of standard spoken and written Chinese language,of extensive exchanges,compre⁃hensive communication,and in-depth integration of all ethnic groups,but also can achieve the goal of educating people with beauty as well as by culture.It is an important measure to implement the"cultural replenishment of Xinjiang".Taking the devel⁃opment of classical poetry chanting in colleges and universities in Xinjiang as an example,this paper explores a new mode of in⁃heriting and developing traditional Chinese culture in Xinjiang under the background of"cultural replenishment of Xinjiang",with a view to providing reference for inheriting and developing China's excellent traditional culture and consolidating the sense of community for Chinese nation.
