摘　　要：1+X证书标准作为承接企业和教育双重需求落地的载体,需要融入人才培养过程。1+X证书标准融入人才培养过程的形式有以技术形成为逻辑的嵌入式,以分散支撑为逻辑的分布式,以文化获得为逻辑的“濡化”式,以交互借用为逻辑的“涵化”式。要实现1+X证书标准融入人才培养过程,需要通过理念变迁、建构支持制度、合理建构机制、深化产教融合、优化教师培养等途径进行落实。The 1+X certificate standard serves as a carrier to take on the needs of both enterprises and education,and needs to be integrated into the talent training process.The 1+X certificate standard is integrated into the talent training process in the form of technology formation as logical embedding,decentralized support as logical distribution,cultural acquisition as logical“enrichment”,and interactive borrowing as logical“training”.To realize the integration of the 1+X certificate standard into the talent training process,it is necessary to change the concept,construct a support system,reasonably construct a mechanism,deepen the integration of production and education,and optimize teacher training.
