摘  要:育人的根本在于立德,育人为本是教育的生命和灵魂,因此教育不仅要关注受教育人当前的发展,还要关注其长远发展,更要关注其能否全面发展。课程育人是教学改革与实践的主体,是实现立德育人的必经途径。为解决当前课程育人存在的目标定位不准、育人模式生硬以及育人手段单一等不足,通过“食品发酵工程”课程思政元素资源、教师团队资源、专业课程教学资源和实践育人平台资源等四资源的建设与实践,将思政元素融入教学大纲、实践教学、课堂教学,构建“四资源、三融合”的课程育人模式,以提升“食品发酵工程”课程育人的针对性与精准性,为课程育人手段与方法改革提供新的路径。The foundation of educating people lies in morality.Educating people as the foundation is the life and soul of education.Thus,education should pay attention not only to the current development of people,but also to the long-term development of people,and more importantly to the overall development of people.Curriculum education is the main body of teaching reform and practice,and the necessary way to realize moral education.In order to solve the current existing education target,education pattern curt and education measures,etc.,the ideological elements was added into teaching outline,teaching practice,classroom teaching,and“Four resources,Three integration”curriculum education mode was constructed by construction and practice of curriculum elements of education resources,teachers teams,professional curriculum resources and practice education platform from food fermentation engineering,so that to improve the pertinence and precision of food fermentation engineering curriculum education,further providing a new path for the reform of curriculum education means and methods.
