摘 要:提高师范生的教师职业素质一直是高等师范院校所关注的核心问题。物理专业课程教学中对师范生渗透教师职业化培养不仅是对师范性与学术性相融合的回应,而且也是物理专业课程培养目标的新要求。基于建构主义学习理论、班杜拉的社会学习理论和缄默知识理论,以改革物理专业课程结构、优化课程资源为学生的教师职业化培养提供资源支撑和有效保障;以灵活多样的教学模式、合理的课程评价来渗透对学生的教师职业化培养;以专业教师良好的专业素养,发挥其示范、榜样的作用,从侧面去影响学生,以促进学生教师职业素质的提升。实践表明,物理专业课程教学中渗透对师范生的教师职业化培养具有较好的效果。Improving the professional quality of normal students has always been the core issue of higher normal universities.The teaching of Courses in Physics containing professional training of teachers is not only the response to pedagogical and academic integration,but also new requirements for the training objectives of Physics courses.It is based on the Deconstructionism Learning Theory,Bandura's Social Learning Theory and Silent Knowledge Theory.It is to reform the structure of physics courses,optimize courses resources for cultivating professionalization of teachers so as to provide resources support and effective safeguards.It takes flexible and diversified teaching mode and reasonable courses evaluation to infiltrate students'professionalization of teachers.It takes good professional quality professional teachers,give play to the role of model and influence the students from the side in order to promote students'professionalization of teachers.Practice shows that the teaching of courses in Physics has relatively good effect for cultivating students'professionalization of teachers.
