摘 要:高质量教师教育体系是高质量教育体系的重要支撑和组成部分。基于“目标-要素”逻辑,高质量教师教育体系是以高质量教师的培养目标为起点,从培养主体、培养客体、培养规格等教育要素进行反向设计的教师教育体系。该体系以高素质专业化创新型教师为培养目标,要求遴选优质的师范生生源作为培养对象,将其置于高水平的教师教育机构中进行培养,并设置高要求的培养规格。我国教师教育体系在从“一轨三级”向“三轨多级”的演进过程中,不仅培养主体结构发生了变化,更重要的是体系内的各要素之间的耦合与匹配关系被打破了。为此,建设高质量的教师教育体系需要在回应新时代的新要求和重塑高质量教师教育观的前提下,重构教师教育体系内各要素间的耦合与匹配关系。High-quality teacher education system is an important support of“high-quality education system”.Based on the logic of“target-elements”,high-quality teacher education system is a teacher education system that takes the training goal of high quality teachers as the starting point and then reversely designed from the training subjects,training objects,training specifications and other educational elements.The system takes high-quality professional and innovative teachers as the training goal,and requires selecting high-quality normal university students as the training objects,placing them in high-level teacher education institutions for training,and setting high requirements of training specifications.In the evolution of teacher education system from“one-track and three-level”to“three-track and multi-level”,not only the main structure of training has changed,but more importantly,the coupling and matching relationship among the elements of the system has been broken.To construct a high-quality teacher education system in the new era,it is necessary to reconstruct the coupling and matching relationship among various elements in the teacher education system under the premise of responding to the new requirements of the new era and reshaping the concept of high-quality teacher education.
