摘　　要：以内蒙古农业大学职业技术学院为例,在专科、本科和专业学位研究生培养方面,从学院发展历史、办学现状、存在的问题方面开展探索与实践,最后,从优化学科和专业布局、强化平台基地建设、深化产教融合、深入推进乡村振兴等方面开展了今后进一步发展的思考。加强专科、本科、专业学位硕士人才一体化是高职院校人才培养模式变革和统筹推进育人方式的必然要求,为现代高职教育培养高素质、高层次技术技能全方位人才的研究提供了一定的借鉴。Taking the Vocational and Technical College of Inner Mongolia Agricultural University as an example, this paper focuses on the cultivation of college, undergraduate and professional degree postgraduates and discusses from the aspects of the college’s development history, the college’s present situation and the existing problems. Finally, this paper discusses the plan for further development from the aspects of optimizing the layout of disciplines and majors, strengthening the construction of platform bases, deepening the integration of industry and education, and further promoting rural revitalization, etc. Strengthening the integration of junior college,undergraduate and professional degree postgraduates is an inevitable requirement of the reforms in talent training mode and educated mode of higher vocational colleges. This paper provides some references for modern higher vocational education to train high-quality and high-level talents with all-round technical skills.
