摘  要:立德树人是课程思政建设的出发点,德技并修是高职院校人才培养的核心。高职院校的人才培养要立足以上两点,依托校企合作平台,升华专业教学内容,强化专业教师育人责任,探索课程思政实施路径,落实立德树人的使命,通过规范课堂教学制定奖惩制度、重构教学目标改进教学设计、加强师资素质提升德育水平、完善评价方法深化协同育人四个路径实现高职院校课程思政的有效推进。To cultivate people with morality is the starting point of the ideological and political construction of the curriculum,and the combination of morality and skill is the core of talent training in higher vocational colleges.The talent training of higher vocational colleges should be based on the above two points,relying on th e school-enterprise cooperation platform,sublime the professional teaching content,strengthen the responsibility of professional teachers to educate people,explore the ideological and political implementation path of the curriculum,implement the mission of morality and education,and standardize classroom teaching.We propose furthermore to formulate a reward and punishment system,reconstruct teaching goals and strengthen teaching design,strengthen the quality of teachers and improve the level of moral education,improve evaluation me thods and deepen collaborative education.
