摘 要:学分银行是以学分为“货币”,为学历教育者和非学历教育者提供流通平台,为全民终身学习提供实施途径。在学分银行运行过程中,学分认定存在标准不统一、数据利用率低、认定质量缺少公信力等问题。引入技能知识库的概念,详细阐述了技能知识库的系统架构、建立原则、主要功能,并探索建立学分银行的不同参与者共享数据,高效使用数据,公正进行学分认定的系统,实现学历教育和非学历教育的有效融通,同时帮助高等职业院校对接企业,帮助企业招聘人才,促进人才与企业的精准对接。Credit bank takes credits as the"currency",providing a circulation platform for academic and non-academic educators and ensuring lifelong learning for all.In the process of credit bank operation,there are some problems in credit recognition,such as inconsistent standards,low data utilization rate,lack of credibility in credit recogniti on quality and so on.This paper introduces the concept of skill knowledge base,expounds the system structure,establishment principles and main functions of skill knowledge base in detail,and explores the establishment of a system for different participants of credit bank to share data,use data efficiently and conduct credit recognition fairly,so as to realize the effective integration of academic education and non academic education.At the same time,it helps higher vocational colleges connect with enterprises,helps enterprises recruit talents,and promotes the accurate connection between talents and enterprises.
