摘  要:为了探究高校教师师德失范行为的基本特征与治理路径,基于内容分析法对79个案例进行编码,对“双一流”高校案例、公共场域案例、涉及学生案例以及有明确政策依据或处理程序的案例进行描述性统计,并对是否成为舆论热点事件进行二元回归分析。结果显示:涉及“双一流”高校、涉及学生、发生在私人场域的高校教师师德失范行为更有可能成为舆论热点事件。有鉴于此,可以通过加强教师权力的外部约束和师德教育、完善教育教学公开制度、进一步规范处理程序、建立处理结果公开制度等措施加强治理。In order to explore the basic characteristics and governance path of misconduct of teachers’ethnics in colleges or universities,79 cases were coded based on the content analysis method.Cases of the“double first-class”universities,cases happened in public fields,cases involving students,cases with clear policy basis or handling procedures were counted.A binary logistic regression analysis was conducted on whether they had become hot events of public opinion.The results show that cases related to“double first-class”universities,involving students,or happened in private fields are more likely to become hot events of public opinion.Strengthening external constraints on teachers’power and teachers’ethnic education,improving the open system of education and teaching,further standardizing the processing procedures,and establishing the open system of processing results could be measures to strengthen governance.
