在线学习社区中的信任及其对知识共享的影响研究

摘　　要：信任是促进在线学习者交互,增加在线学习社区信息流动和知识共享的重要推动力。为了更进一步探索在线学习社区中信任与知识共享的关系,文章将在线学习社区中的信任划分为技术信任、经济信任和情感信任3种类型,通过理论及文献分析,建立了假设模型,使用回归方程对假设进行了验证。研究发现,技术信任、经济信任和情感信任均显著影响在线学习者的知识共享行为;知识共享行为显著影响信任的水平;知识共享经历在信任和知识共享中具有部分中介效应。在上述基础上,从经济收益、情感氛围、关注预期结果等方面提出了提升在线学习者知识共享行为的建议。Trust is an important motive force to promote the interaction of online learners,and increase information floating and knowledge sharing in online learning community.In order to further explore the relationship between trust and knowledge sharing in online learning community,this paper divides trust in online learning community into three types:technology trust,economic trust and emotional trust.Through theoretical analysis and document analysis,the hypothesis model is established,and the hypothesis is verified by regression equation.It is found that technology trust,economic trust and emotional trust all significantly affect knowledge sharing behaviors;knowledge sharing behavior significantly affects the level of trust;knowledge sharing experience has a partial mediating effect in trust and knowledge sharing. Based on the above,this paper puts forward some suggestions to improve online learners’ knowledge sharing behaviors from the aspects of economic benefits, emotional atmosphere and paying attention to expected results.
