摘  要:文章阐述了当前职业院校“岗课赛证”融通的主要模式和特点,探讨以系统论为理论基础,以课程为核心,制定岗位技能标准、专业标准、技能竞赛标准、行业标准相融合的机制,构建“岗课赛证”四位一体的技术技能人才培养模型;引入企业岗位技能训练,建立新型课程体系和实践教学体系,创新“成果导向、持续改良”多元评量机制,对接1+X职业证书,实现“岗课赛证”互融共通,培养学生具备学以致用、知行合一的能力。This paper explains the primary modes and characteristics of the current"post-course-competition certificate"integration in vocational colleges.Based on the symbiosis theory,with the curriculum as the core,a mechanism for the integration of job skill standards,professional standards,skills competition standards,and industry standards is formulated and a four-in-one technical skill talent training mode is established.Through the introduction of enterprise job skills training,a new curriculum system and practical teaching system are established,and the"result-oriented,continuous improvement"multi-evaluation mechanism is innovated.By getting connected to"1+X"vocational certificate,the mutual integration of"post-course match certificates"is developed to cultivate students'ability to apply what they have learned and integrate knowledge and action.
