摘 要:如何确定电机工作模式,保证双电机均工作在效率最优的工作区间,是目前双电机驱动纯电动汽车动力传动系统研究的重点。针对双电机耦合驱动纯电动汽车,进行动力系统参数匹配设计,并基于效率最优原则提出动力传动系统控制策略。首先,根据目标车型动力性需求对动力系统的电机及电池进行参数匹配设计,并利用AVL CRUISE软件建立仿真模型,对车辆最高车速及爬坡性能进行仿真验证;然后,利用序列二次规划优化算法,依据动力传动系统驱动效率的原则,求解电机最优工作点,提出多模式切换双电机动力分配控制策略;最后,建立联合仿真模型,对所提出的效率最优控制策略进行试验验证。结果表明,在传动系统效率最优控制策略下,整车的动力性和经济性均得到了提高,能量利用率较好;在WLTC典型循环工况下,双电机耦合驱动系统的平均效率为85.9%,驱动系统效率大于85%的电机工作点占整个工作区间的55%,车辆动力性能得到了提升。研究结果可以为纯电动汽车动力传动系统设计及控制策略研究提供理论依据。How to determine the motor working mode and ensure that both motors work in the working range with the optimal efficiency is the focus of the research on the power transmission system of pure electric vehicles with double motors driven.Aiming at the pure electric vehicle driven by dual motor coupling,the powertrain parameter matching design was carried out,and the control strategy of power transmission was proposed based on the principle of optimal efficiency.Firstly,according to the dynamic requirements of the target vehicle,the parameter matching design of the motor and battery of the power system was carried out,and the simulation model was established by CRUISE software to simulate and verify the maximum speed and climbing performance of the vehicle.Then,according to the driving efficiency of power transmission system,the optimal working point of motor was solved by sequential quadratic programming optimization algorithm,and the multi-mode switching dual electric power distribution control strategy was proposed.Finally,a co-simulation model was established to verify the proposed efficiency optimal control strategy.The results show that under the optimal control strategy of transmission system efficiency,the power performance and economy of the whole vehicle are improved,and the energy utilization rate is better.Under the typical cycle conditions of WLTC,the average efficiency of the dual motor coupling drive system is 85.9%.And the motor working point with the efficiency of the drive system greater than 85%accounts for 55%of the whole working range,and the dynamic performance of the vehicle is improved.The research can provide a theoretical basis for the design of power transmission system and the research of control strategy of pure electric vehicle.
