摘 要:目的:将标准化病人(SP)引入推拿技能实验课课堂,建立一种学生主动学习的新型教学模式和理论结合实践的学习方式,运用PBL教学法让学生提前感受临床诊断、治疗的过程,提高学生的学习能力和临床操作技能,从而探索出新的教学模式。方法:对同一年级针灸推拿专业的两个班级随机选择基于PBL的SP教学法和传统教学法,运用SPSS 26.0对实践技能考试成绩、理论考试成绩及综合成绩进行统计分析。结果:SP教学班的实践技能考试成绩(94.02±1.92分)以及综合成绩(88.39±4.07分)均优于传统教学班(83.73±13.47分;86.31±4.98分)(P<0.05);SP教学班的理论考试成绩(85.98±5.69分)与传统教学班(86.25±4.68分)水平接近(P>0.05)。结论:基于PBL的SP教学法在推拿基础技能教学中相比于传统教学法更能提升临床接诊、实践操作的能力,有利于实现针灸推拿专业学生“早临床、多临床、反复临床”的培养目标。Objective:To introduce the standardized patient(SP)into tuina skills training course,and build a new teaching method with students'initiative learning and a integrating theory and practice study way.Using PBL teaching method to make students experience the process of early clinical diagnosis and treatment,so as to improve the students'learning ability and clinical operational skills,and finally to explore a new teaching mode.Methods:Two classes of Acupuncture and Massage specialty in the same grade were randomly selected PBL based SP teaching method or traditional teaching method,and SPSS 26.0 was used to conduct statistical analysis on practical skills test scores,theoretical test scores and comprehensive scores.Results:The practical skills test scores of SP class(94.02±1.92 points)and comprehensive scores(88.39±4.07 points)were better than those of traditional class(83.73±13.47 points,86.31±4.98 points)(P<0.05);The theoretical test score of SP class(85.98±5.69)was close to that of traditional class(86.25±4.68)(P>0.05).Conclusion:PBL based SP teaching method can improve clinical reception and practical operation ability more than traditional teaching method in the teaching of basic skills of tuina,which is conducive to realizing the training goal of"early clinical practice,multiple clinical practice and repeated clinical practice"for students majoring in acupuncture and tuina.
