摘 要:劳动教育课程体系是开展劳动教育的重要支撑。应在“五育并举”视野下对其育人价值进行系统审视,充分把握其继承性与时代性统一、独特性与复杂性兼备、整体性与融通性协同的基本特点,并以此为出发点探寻劳动教育课程构建的基本方向与要求。做到以全面发展为引领,深化拓展劳动教育课程目标;以劳动形态为依托,整体设计劳动教育课程内容;以必修课程为基础,系统搭建劳动教育课程结构;以实践参与为路径,有效推进劳动教育课程实施;以素养提升为导向,完善劳动教育课程评价机制等。对劳动教育课程体系进行整体优化,确保其多重育人价值的实现。The labor education curriculum system is an important support for developing labor education.We should systematically examine its educational values from the perspective of the integration of five domains of education,fully grasp its basic characteristics of unity of continuity and modernity,the combination of uniqueness and complexity,and synergy of wholeness and integration,and use it as the starting point to explore the basic direction and requirements for the construction of labor education curriculum.We should deepen and expand the objectives of labor education curriculum with comprehensive development as the guide;design the content of labor education curriculum as a whole based on labor forms;systematically build the structure of labor education curriculum based on compulsory courses;effectively promote the implementation of labor education curriculum with practical participation as the path;improve the evaluation mechanism of labor education curriculum with competency enhancement as the guide,so as to optimize the overall labor education curriculum system and ensure the realization of its multiple educational values.
