进城务工人员继续教育现状探索与分析

摘　　要：基于BP神经网络信息处理的算法模型,对新冠肺炎疫情背景下影响进城务工人员继续教育因素进行分析。结果表明,后疫情时代,进城务工人员工作的时长、移动终端设备的熟悉程度、自身对教育的态度、工作环境的影响对接受继续教育有着显著作用。其中工作时长与其接受教育程度成反比关系,移动设备的熟悉程度对教育及培训有着积极作用,其自身的教育观念和单位的发展思想对进城务工人员接受教育与否起着至关重要的作用。针对具体问题,提出了“双主双辅”策略机制,旨在提高进城务工人员综合素质,解决难就业问题。Based on the algorithm model of information processing with BP neural network,this paper analyzes the factors affecting the continuing education of migrant workers under the background of the COVID-19.The result shows that in the post-epidemic era,the working hours of migrant workers,the familiarity of mobile terminal devices,migrant workers’attitude towards education and the impact of the working environment have a significant effect on receiving continuing education.Among these factors,working hours is inversely proportional to migrant workers’education level.The familiarity of mobile devices plays a positive role in education and training.Their education concepts and the development ideas of their work place play a crucial role in whether migrant workers receive education or not.To solve the problems,a strategy mechanism of“dual main and dual auxiliary”is proposed,in order to improve the comprehensive quality of migrant workers and solve the problem of difficult employment.
