摘 要:目的探讨混合式教学在乡医常用社区护理技术实践教学中的应用效果。方法2021年6—12月,选择2020级20名首都医科大学三年制临床医学专业(山区定向)医学生为试验组(采用混合式教学),2019级首都医科大学三年制临床医学专业(山区定向)20名医学生为对照组(采用传统教学)。通过操作测试和问卷调查来比较两组学生对护理技术的掌握程度,评价教学效果及学生自我导向学习能力。结果试验组实践操作成绩高于对照组成绩,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);学生自我导向学习能力学习意识、学习策略、学习行为、学习评价及人际关系技能评价,试验组显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);学生对教师满意度调查试验组大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论混合式教学在乡医常用社区护理技术实践教学中效果良好。Objective To explore the application effect of hybrid teaching in the practical teaching of community nursing technology commonly used in rural medicine.Methods 20 medical students from the Capital Medical University with a three-year clinical medicine major(mountain orientation)were selected as the experimental group(mixed teaching),and 20 medical students from the 2019 Capital Medical University with a three-year clinical medicine major(mountain orientation)were selected as the control group(traditional teaching)from June to December 2021.Results The actual performance of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Students’self-directed learning ability,learning awareness,learning strategies,learning behavior,learning evaluation and interpersonal skills evaluation,the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The survey of students’satisfaction with teachers in the experimental group was greater than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Hybrid teaching has a good effect in the practical teaching of community nursing technology commonly used in rural medicine.
