摘 要:目的探究与分析问题式教学法(Problem-based learning,PBL)结合影像系统在中医肝炎教学查房中的应用。方法选取2018年4月—2020年4月在中国医科大学附属第一医院接受中医肝炎教学查房带教工作的医学生90名,采取随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各45名。对照组给予常规教学法,观察组给予PBL结合影像系统教学法,对比2组医学生理论知识以及操作技能的考试成绩、医学生对教学效果的满意度评分以及一般自我效能评分。结果观察组与对照组相比,理论知识以及操作技能的考试成绩均较高,医学生对知识掌握程度、作业完成情况、自主学习能力、问题分析能力、课堂氛围、师生沟通的满意度评分均较高,医学生的一般自我效能评分较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PBL教学法结合影像系统在中医肝炎教学查房中的应用明显提高了教学质量,同时也提升了医学生对教学效果的满意度以及一般自我效能。Objective To explore and analyze the application of PBL(Problem-based Learning)teaching method combined with imaging system in traditional Chinese medicine hepatitis teaching rounds.Methods A total of 90 medical students in the First Hospital of China Medical University who received teaching rounds and teaching work for traditional Chinese medicine hepatitis from April 2018 to April 2020 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group by a random number table method,with 45 students in each group.The control group was given the conventional teaching method,and the observation group was given the PBL combined with the imaging system teaching method.The two groups of medical students were compared with the test scores of theoretical knowledge and operational skills,the medical students’satisfaction scores with the teaching effect and the general self-efficacy scores.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had higher test scores on theoretical knowledge and operational skills,and the medical students had a higher degree of knowledge mastery,homework completion,autonomous learning ability,problem analysis ability,classroom atmosphere,and teacher-student communication satisfaction scores.Both are higher,and the general self-efficacy scores of medical students are higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PBL teaching method combined with imaging system in traditional Chinese medicine hepatitis teaching rounds significantly improves the quality of teaching,and at the same time,improves medical students’satisfaction with the teaching effect and general self-efficacy.
