摘 要:中高职贯通培养是职教改革的重要任务和方向。项目式学习(PBL)和成果导向教育(OBE)都秉持以学生为本的理念,可以分别适配于中高职的教育教学特点。以3D打印技术应用专业人才培养为例,融合PBL和OBE理念,可以构建“工学结合、校企双师、学岗对接”的人才培养模式,以实现中高职多阶段无缝衔接。同时,结合以赛促学夯实基础促创新、1+X技能认证促进质量稳提升、校企合作实现多主体共赢发展,为3D打印技术应用专业人才培养提供实践框架,也为相关专业构建人才培养模式提供参考。The through-type training in secondary and higher vocational education is an important task and direction of vocational education reform.Both project-based learning(PBL)and outcomes-based education(OBE)adhere to the student-oriented concept,which can be adapted to the educational and teaching characteristics of secondary and higher vocational schools.Taking the training of professionals of“3D printing technology application”as an example,by integrating PBL and OBE concepts,we can build a talent training mode of“work-learning combination,school-enterprise double-qualified teachers,and learning-career abutment”so as to realize the multi-stage seamless connection of secondary and higher vocational education.At the same time,in combination with the solid foundation of promoting learning through competition to promote innovation,the 1+X skill certification to promote the stable improvement of quality,and the school-enterprise cooperation to achieve the win-win development of multiple subjects,we have provided a practical framework for the training of 3D printing technology application professionals,and also a reference for the construction of talent training models for relevant majors.
