摘 要:教师的专业精神是教师专业成长的核心内蕴,表现为教师是人类精神的引领者、道德的示范者、学生发展的影响者和文化的传播者。然而,消费文化背景下教师的专业精神不断式微,成为教师专业发展的影响因素。由于工具理性的桎梏、日常生活的压力、职业倦怠以及专业责任弱化,使得教师的专业精神消减,专业发展的动力不足。因此,教师需要不断充盈精神世界,培育专业精神;落实立德树人的根本任务,构建新时期教师的文化精神,形成教师专业认同的文化力量;立足主体自觉,培养教师的专业意识,形成教师专业发展的持续动力;赋权增能,夯实教师的专业责任,提高教师的专业责任能力;建立健全激励制度,不断提高教师的专业满意度。Teachers’professionalism is the core connotation of teachers’professional growth,which is manifested in the fact that teachers are the leader of human spirit,the demonstrator of morality,the influencer of students’development and the disseminator of culture.However,under the background of consumer culture,teachers’professionalism is declining,which has become an influencing factor of teachers’professional development.Due to the shackles of instrumental rationality,the pressure of daily life,job burnout and the weakening of professional responsibility,teachers’professionalism is reduced,resulting in the lack of motivation for professional development.Therefore,teachers need to constantly fill the spiritual world and cultivate professionalism:implementing the fundamental task of building morality and cultivating people,building the cultural spirit of teachers in the new era,and forming the cultural power of teachers’professional identity;cultivating teachers’professional consciousness and forming the constant motivation for teachers’professional motivation based on the consciousness of subjects;empowering and strengthening teachers’professional responsibility and improving teachers’professional responsibility ability,and then establishing and improving the incentive system and constantly improving teachers’professional satisfaction.
