摘　　要：青年教师是教师队伍建设的关键,青年教师的成长关系着学校的发展。本文分析了目前青年教师成长现状及存在的问题,以陕西铁路工程职业技术学院为例,为青年教师成长提出了切实可行的方法,目的在于培养高素质双师型教师,提高职业院校人才培养质量,促进职业教育发展,具有一定的现实意义。Young teachers are the key to the construction of teachers.The growth of young teachers is related to the development of institution.This paper taking Shaanxi Railway Institute as an example analyzes the current growth status of young teachers and the existing problems and put forward practical methods for the growth of young teachers.The purpose having a certain practical significance is to train high-quality double-qualified teachers,improve the quality of vocational institution talent training and promote the development of vocational education.
