县域内城乡初中教师专业发展现状及对策思考

摘  要:义务教育的优质均衡发展,是教育高质量发展的重要内涵,也是搭建学生走向现代社会的桥梁。通过对城乡各一所义务教育阶段的初中学校开展教师专业发展现状和培训需求调研发现,县域内义务教育阶段教师专业发展水平整体较弱,处于中下水平。教师对参加培训的重要性认识不足,缺乏主动性。教师核心素养,既是教师的生存之道,也是学生全面发展的质量保障。努力提升教师对教育教学工作的胜任能力,优化教师职业心态是今后县域内教师培训的重中之重。The high quality and balanced development of compulsory education is an important connotation of the high quality development of education,as well as a bridge to build students to the modern society. Through the investigation of the status quo and training needs of teachers in junior middle schools of compulsory education in both urban and rural areas,it is found that the professional development level of teachers in compulsory education in counties is generally weak and at the lower level. Teachers have insufficient awareness of the importance of training and lack of initiative. Basing on the core quality of teachers is not only the survival of teachers,but also the quality assurance of students’ all-round development. To improve teachers’ competence in education and teaching work and optimize teachers’ professional mentality is the most important task of teacher training in county in the future.
