摘 要:创造性劳动是通过人的脑力劳动萌发出技术、知识、思维的革新,它在当今的经济发展中起着事半功倍或以一当十的效果。苏霍姆林斯基认为,创造性劳动是知识产生的源泉,它不仅有利于激发人全面发展,而且创造性劳动价值在于其丰富的精神效能和强大的社会建设效能。创造性劳动一般具有准备、创意、实施等几个阶段,实施创造性劳动,要使体力上的劳动和思维的发展与开拓融合为一体,要通过开展科学技术活动来实施创造性劳动,要通过开展思想道德教育实施创造性劳动。苏霍姆林斯基创造性劳动教育思想对我国当今劳动教育有着重要的启示,即为学生提供丰富多彩的精神生活,在教育教学活动中有意识地培养学生的创新意识和创新能力,完善创造性劳动教育的实施保障体系来实施创造性劳动。Creative work is the innovation of technology, knowledge and thinking through people’s mental work. It has the effect of getting twice the result with half the effort or doing ten with one effort in today’s economic development. Suhomlinsky believed that creative labor is the source of knowledge, which is not only conducive to stimulating people’s all-round development, but also the value of creative labor lies in its rich spiritual efficiency and powerful social construction efficiency.
