摘 要:随着中国经济从高速度发展向高质量发展,传承和培育工匠精神,培养一批工匠型人才,成为实现实业振兴的内在需求。基于职业教育创新发展全面实施产教融合的时代背景,从职业教育创新发展的基础环节入手,针对产教融合背景下现代工匠人才培养的现状,分析校企合作工匠人才培养过程暴露出来的问题及成因。完善政策法规,建立校企双方利益共赢的工匠人才培养合作机制;重视工匠精神文化建设,推动工匠精神扎根人心;优化产教“双师”教师队伍管理模式,建设工匠师资;探索工匠人才培养标准,构建产教融合教学体系。这四个产教融合背景下校企协同培养现代工匠人才的路径,可以为中国经济转型发展提供人才支撑。With the new changes of China’s economy from high-speed growth to high-quality development,inheriting craftsman spirit and cultivating a group of craftsman talents have become the internal demand for industrial revitalization.Based on the social background of innovative development in vocational education and full implementation of industry-education integration,this paper starts with the basic links of innovative development of vocational education,aims at the current situation of modern craftsman talent cultivation,analyzes the problems and causes in the process of craftsman talent cultivation in college-enterprise cooperation,and proposes the college-enterprise collaborative path in modern craftsman talent cultivation from the following four aspects:improving the policies and regulations and establishing a win-win cooperation mechanism for craftsman talent cultivation between colleges and enterprises,attaching importance to the construction of craftsman spirit and culture and encouraging the craftsman spirit to take root in the people’s hearts,optimizing the management modes of“double certificates”teaching group in industry-education integration and building craftsman teaching groups,and exploring the training standards for craftsman talents and constructing the teaching system in industry-education integration in order to offer talent support for China’s economic transformation and development.
