摘 要:我国部分教育电影聚焦于西部农村地区的教育现实,对支教教师的生存状态、精神风貌和形象气质进行了深描。结合“中国教育电影名录”,从追求教育理想、满怀教育激情、富有教育智慧和坚守教育良知四个维度对支教教师形象进行案例评析,探索培养高素质、专业化及创新型乡村教师的路径,以期从乡村教师队伍建设的角度为乡村教育振兴提供理论参考。Some Chinese educational films focus on the educational reality of rural areas in western China, and carefully depict volunteer teachers’ survival status, spiritual style and images. From four dimensions of pursuing educational ideal, being full of passion for education, being full of educational wisdom and adhering to educational conscience, combined with the “Chinese Educational Film Directory”, the images of volunteer teachers are evaluated, and the path for cultivating high-quality, professional and creative rural teachers are explored, so as to provide theoretical reference for revitalizing rural education in China from the perspective of rural teaching staff construction.
