摘 要:针对餐饮类专业学生职业认同度低、乐业学习条件缺乏、学生能力素质无法满足企业需求等问题,长沙商贸旅游职业技术学院探索构建“一核心、二课堂、三阶段、四形式”的餐饮类专业“乐业教育”人才培养模式。通过帮助学生树立正确的职业认知、开发校企协同“线上+线下”的乐业教学资源、搭建“课内+课外”双贯通乐业学习环境,打造高水平的“双师型”教师队伍等方式,长沙商贸旅游职业技术学院取得了人才培养质量、教师专业水平、社会效益显著提高的实践成效,为高职院校餐饮类人才培养模式创新提供了有价值的参考。Aiming at such problems as the low professional identity of students majoring in catering,lack of learning conditions and student’s ability and literacy which cannot meet the real needs of enterprises,Changsha Commerce and Tourism College explores and constructs a talent training mode of“happy career education”for catering majors with“one core,two classrooms,three stages and four forms”.By means of helping students establish correct career cognition,developing“online+offline”teaching resources based on the cooperation between schools and enterprises,building a“in-class+after-class”double learning environment,taking measures to build a high-level double-qualification teaching team,it has achieved remarkable improvement in the quality of talent training,the level of teachers’team and the significant improvement in social benefits,which provides a reference for the innovation of catering talent training mode in higher vocational colleges.
