摘 要:本研究关注对松散型教育集团而言,在从单体学校到学校集群的制度转型中,什么样的变迁路径是有效的。通过对G市H教育集团的深入分析,发现以“制度叠加”为载体的渐进性制度变迁,通过内生式的增量变化,有效消解了系统变革的张力,为教育集团带来了实质性的转型。基于此,基础教育集团可尝试降低权力分布的集中度,提升制度体系的精细性,为叠加式制度变迁创造必要条件。在具体实际中应关注集团成员的本位诉求,增强其对制度变迁的认同度;聚焦学生发展,以学习型领导力引领制度变迁。同时,还需认识到制度叠加的局限性,及时推动新旧制度间的融合。This study focuses on what kind of institutional cooperation and change path is effective for loose education groups and what causal mechanism does this path follow.Through the in-depth analysis of the institutional change process of H Education Group,this study finds that the gradual institutional change with layering can effectively dispel the tension of system change and bring substantial and stable transformation for the education group through endogenous incremental change.Therefore,this study suggests that education groups should reduce the concentration degree of the power distribution,and improve the precision of institution design to create an essential condition for institution layering.Meanwhile,in the execution,education groups should pay attention to the members’standard demands to enhance their identity with the institutional change and lead institutional change with leadership for learning to focus on student development.In addition,it also needs to realize the limitation of institution layering,and promote timely integration between the old and new institutions.
