摘　　要：目的基于“1+X”老年照护职业技能等级证书制度的实施,推动国家级教学创新团队建设,加快养老人才培养。方法通过构建“课岗对接,课证融通”老年照护课程体系,促进教学创新团队优化建设内容、改革建设方式以及途径。结果通过3年“1+X”老年照护职业技能等级证书试点实施,养老服务领域教师教育教学能力和技术创新能力显著提升。结论课证融通的实施、教师成长共同体和科研队伍的建设、科创平台和智慧教育有利于促进教师教学创新团队建设和成长,有利于培养更多养老领域人才。Objective To promote the construction of national teaching innovation team and accelerate the training of elderly care talents based on the implementation of"1+X"senior care vocational skill level certificate system.Methods Through the establishment of a course system for elderly care of"classification and post connection,course certificate integration",the teaching innovation team is promoted to optimize the construction content and reform the construction methods and channels.Results Through the pilot implementation of the three-year"1+X"elderly care vocational skill level certificate,the education and teaching ability and technological innovation ability of teachers in the elderly care service field have been significantly improved.Conclusion The implementation of course certificate integration,the construction of teachers’growth community and scientific research team,scientific innovation platform and smart education are conducive to promoting the construction and growth of teachers’teaching innovation team,and are conducive to training more talents in the elderly care field.
