摘　　要：阐述协同论理论,结合实施的诊断与改进实践,构建“多角色双系统”教学诊断与改进协同模型,探讨内外子系统的协同合作方式和特点,并将理论与实践结合,融入教学诊断与改进进程中,确保持续发力,建立长效机制。This paper expounds the theory of synergism,combines the diagnosis and improvement practice implemented,builds a"multi role,dual system"teaching diagnosis and improvement collaboration model,discusses the cooperation modes and characteristics of internal and external subsystems,and integrates theory and practice into the process of teaching diagnosis and improvement to ensure continuous development and establish a long-term mechanism.
