摘  要:在计算机人才培养中不仅要让学生具备扎实的计算机理论知识,提高学生的知识应用技能,更要注重培养学生的创新能力,激发学生的创新潜能。然而,目前教学中并没有充分认识到对学生创新能力的培养。为此,以“微机原理”课程为例,研究了如何培养学生的创新能力。分别以教学目标、教学过程和教学效果三个维度制定培养方案。设计有针对性的培养目标、优化教学内容、丰富教学方式、构建完备的教学评价体系。In the training of computer talents, students should not only have a solid knowledge of computer theory and improve their knowledge application skills, but also focus on cultivating students’ innovation ability and stimulating their innovation potential. However, the cultivation of students’ innovation ability is not fully recognized in the current teaching. For this reason, taking “principle of microcomputer” as an example, this paper studies how to cultivate students’ innovation ability. The student training program is developed from three dimensions of teaching objective, teaching process and teaching effect. To design specific training objectives, optimize teaching contents, enrich teaching methods, and construct a complete teaching evaluation system.
