摘 要:目的运用基于岗位胜任力的CBL案例库教学法(Case-based learning,CBL),对提高临床医学生岗位胜任力效果的研究,探讨在临床教学中应用的价值。方法选择2021年9月—2022年4月本院2018级临床医学本科生共60名作为研究对象,分为对照组和观察组,每组各30名。对照组采用传统教学法;观察组采用基于岗位胜任力的内科学CBL案例库教学法进行授课,研究课时完成后,进行阶段性测试;观察两组临床医学生的阶段性考试成绩,观察两组临床医学生对岗位胜任能力自我评分,通过问卷调查学生对本教学方法的满意度。结果两组阶段性成绩比较,观察组为(92.50±3.17)分,对照组为(82.47±7.61)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组临床医学生对岗位胜任能力自我评分比较,观察组学生自我评分高于对照组,包括疾病认识能力、对内科知识掌握、信息处理能力、解决抽象问题能力、沟通交流技能、自我学习新知识能力、理论联系实践能力、人文素养能力,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组临床医学生的教学满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于岗位胜任力的CBL教学法在血液内科临床教学中应用,可以提高学生总成绩,提升临床医学生岗位胜任能力,从而提升临床执业能力,提高教学满意度,有利于临床诊断能力。Objective To apply case based learning(CBL)based on post competency to study its effect on improving the post competency of clinical medical students and explore the value of its application in clinical teaching.Methods From September 2021 to January 2022,a total of 602018 clinical medical undergraduates were divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group adopted the traditional teaching method.The observation group used the CBL case base teaching method of internal medicine based on post competency for teaching,and after the completion of the research class,a phased test was conducted;Observe the staged examination results of the two groups of clinical medical students,observe the self rating of the post competency of the two groups of clinical medical students,and investigate the students'satisfaction with this teaching method through questionnaires.Results Comparing the stage performance of the observation group with that of the control group,the stage performance of the observation group was(92.50±3.17)points,and the stage performance of the control group was(82.47±7.61)points,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Comparing the self ratings of the post competency of the clinical medical students of the two groups,the self ratings of the students in the observation group of CBL case base teaching method based on the post competency were higher than that of the control group,including the ability to recognize diseases,the knowledge of internal medicine The differences in information processing ability,ability to solve abstract problems,communication skills,ability to learn new knowledge by oneself,ability to integrate theory with practice,and humanistic quality were statistically significant(P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of clinical medical students in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of CBL teaching method based on post competency in the clinical te
