摘  要:教育现代化是中国式现代化的组成部分和重要基础,是实现中国式现代化的基础性、战略性支撑。实现中国教育现代化,基础教育教师队伍是关键。进入新时代,国家出台一系列系统集成的基础教育教师队伍建设政策,健全完善了教师工作制度体系和教师队伍治理体系,建立建强了中国特色教师教育体系,历史性地解决了教师数量、规模问题,教师地位待遇不断提升,教师队伍建设短板弱项加快补齐,尊师重教社会氛围持续浓厚,教师队伍整体活力充分释放。未来,要继续完善三位一体的基础教育教师队伍建设新格局,推动优质师资均衡配置,为新时代教师队伍赋能增效。Educational modernization is the integral part and important foundation of Chinese-style modernization,and it is the basic and strategic support to realize Chinese-style modernization.To realize the modernization of China’s education,elementary education teaching staff is the key force.In the new era,the state has introduced a series of systematically integrated policies for the elementary education teachers and improved the system of teacher work and the system of teacher management,the system of teacher education with Chinese characteristics has been established and strengthened,the problem of the number and scale of teachers has been historically solved,the status and treatment of teachers have been continuously improved,and the weak points in the construction of the teaching staff have been quickly filled up,the social atmosphere of respecting teachers and valuing education has continued to be strong,and the overall vitality of the teaching staff has been fully released.In the future,we should continue to improve the new pattern of the construction of the trinity of elementary education teaching staff,promote the balanced allocation of high-qulity teachers,empowering and enhancing the efficiency of the teaching staff in the new era.
