摘 要:目的 探讨非预防医学专业流行病学课程建设中存在的问题与教学改革策略。方法 以四川省某医学院校24名师生为研究对象,通过定性访谈调查流行病学课程设置、学生兴趣、教学方法、教学效果等现状,发现存在的问题,并针对问题提出建议。结果 部分专业课程开设时段不恰当,与其他课程前后衔接不好;高中文理科背景对学生的学习兴趣和学习深度有影响;教师结合学生专业背景灵活转换教学设计的困难较大。学习兴趣是影响学生学习流行病学的关键,通过合理设置课程开课时段,加强与统计学、预防医学、社会医学等课程的前后衔接,选取与学生专业背景关系更为密切的案例、文献等,强化学习兴趣的培养和提升,以提高学习效果。结论四川省某医学院校非预防医学专业流行病学课程设置和建设中尚存在一些问题,应围绕如何提高学生学习兴趣提出教改建议,为改善和提高该课程在医学院校的教学效果提供参考。ObjectiveTo explore the problems and teaching reform strategies of epidemiology course construction for non preventive medicine majors.Methods24 teachers and students from a medical college in Sichuan Province were selected as the researd subjects. Through qualitative interviews, the current situation and problems of epidemiology curriculum setting, students’ interests, teaching methods and teaching effects were investigated, and the causes of the problems were analyzed and countermeasures were proposed.ResultsThe opening period of some professional courses was not appropriate, and it was not well connected with the previous and subsequent courses. The background of liberal arts and science in senior high school had influence on learning interest and learning depth. It is difficult for teachers to flexibly transform teaching design through combination with students’ professional backgrounds. Learning interest is the key to influencing epidemiology learning. By reasonably setting the course opening time, strengthening the connection with statistics, preventive medicine, social medicine and other courses, cases and documents that were more closely related to the students’ professional background were selected, to strengthen the cultivation and promotion of learning effect.ConclusionThere are still some problems in the establishment and construction of epidemiology course for non preventive medicine majors in a medical college in Sichuan Province. Suggestions on teaching reform are put forward to improve students’ learning interest, which can provide reference for improving and enhancing the teaching effect of this course in medical colleges.
