摘 要:目的分析探讨基于形成性评价的问题导向教学法(problem-based learning method,PBL)在牙体牙髓病学实验课教学中的应用效果。方法选择2019年9月—2021年9月,厦门医学院的120名医学生作为研究对象,按教学时间的不同,分为观察组(60名,2021年1—9月,2018级学生接受基于形成性评价的PBL教学法)和对照组(60名,2019年9月—2020年9月,随机选择各30名2016级、2017级学生接受常规教学)。对比两组医学生的学习情况、最终考核成绩。结果与对照组相比,观察组医学生的学习兴趣、独立解决问题能力、临床思维能力、自主学习能力、团队协作能力、知识掌握程度评分更高,实操考核、理论知识考核、实验报告、考勤及小组讨论考核、总考核成绩评分更高,数据对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将基于形成性评价的PBL教学法应用到牙体牙髓病学实验课教学工作中,能提升学生的学习兴趣和学习能力,对改善学生学习的主动性,提升学生对牙体牙髓病学诊疗技能的掌握程度均有重要意义。Objective To analyze and discuss the application effect of problem-based learning method(PBL)based on formative evaluation in the experimental course of dentistry and endodontics.Methods A total of 120medical students from Xiamen Medical College from September 2019 to September 2021 were selected as research objects and divided into observation group(60 students from January to September 2021 received PBL teaching method based on formative assessment)and control group(60 students from September 2019to September 2020)according to different teaching time.30 students of 2016 and 2017 were randomly selected to receive regular teaching.The two groups of medical students were compared in their learning and final examination results.Results Compared with the control group,the medical students in the observation group scored higher in learning interest,independent problem-solving ability,clinical thinking ability,independent learning ability,teamwork ability,knowledge mastery degree,and higher in practical operation assessment,theoretical knowledge assessment,experimental report,attendance,group discussion assessment,and total assessment scores,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PBL teaching method based on formative evaluation to the teaching of dentistry and endodontics laboratory courses can enhance students’learning interest and learning ability,improve students’learning initiative,and enhance students’mastery of dental endodontics diagnosis and treatment skills.
