摘　　要：劳动是人类最基本的实践活动,也是促进人身心发展的必不可少的重要手段。实现劳动教育的价值是新时代赋予各级各类学校的崇高使命,也是培养社会主义建设者和接班人的题中应有之义。文章在辨析劳动概念、劳动教育与其他“四育”关联的基础上,解读劳动教育的本质及其实践性特征。将劳动教育融入人才培养体系,课内课外衔接,学校社会结合,不断开发、创新劳动教育的新形态,以此促进劳动教育价值的有效发挥。Labor is the most basic practical activity of human beings,and it is also an indispensable means to promote the development of human body and mind.The realization of the value of labor education is a lofty mission entrusted to schools at all levels in the new era,and it is also the key issue of cultivating socialist builders and successors.On the basis of analyzing the concept of labor,this paper probes into the connotation and practical path of labor education.It proposes that the labor education should be integrated into the personnel training system,in-and out-of-class connection,school and social co-operation,and constant development and innovationof new forms of labor education,so as to promote the effective value of labor education.
