摘 要:构建基于混合式教学模式的教学质量监控体系对开展线上线下相结合的融合式教学模式、促进融合式教学模式的高质量发展、深化教育体制改革等具有重要的现实意义与价值内涵。结合融合式教学模式的教学特点及发展趋势,当前高校教学质量监控面临着更为严峻的复杂环境,诸如监控对象分散、监控评价标准不统一、监控手段相对滞后等,迫使教学质量提升及把控难度加剧,由此提出教学质量监控的改进策略,尝试从监控手段、监控主体、效果评价、监控体系完善等方面入手,构建多元化、多层次、多维度的融合式教学质量监控评价生态体系,以期为新型教学模式下的高校教学质量提升提供有益参考。The construction of a teaching-quality-monitoring system based on a mixed teaching model is of important practical significance and value connotations for developing online and offline integrated teaching models,promoting the high-quality development of integrated teaching models,and deepening the reform of the education system.Combined with the teaching characteristics and development trends of the integrated teaching model,the current teaching-quality monitoring and control in colleges and universities are facing a severer and more complex environment,such as scattered monitoring objects,inconsistent monitoring and evaluation standards,and relatively lagging monitoring methods,which force the improvement of teaching quality and the difficulty of control has increased,so the improvement strategy of teaching-quality monitoring and grasp is proposed,and it tries to start from the aspects of monitoring means,monitoring subject,effect evaluation,monitoring system improvement,etc.,to build a diversified,multi-level,multi-dimensional integrated teaching-quality monitoring and evaluating ecological system in order to provide a helpful reference for improving the teaching quality of colleges and universities in the new teaching model.
