高校应急管理学科建设与复合型应急管理人才培养研究

摘　　要：近年来,我国应急管理学科建设以及专业人才培养体系得到不断调整和完善,在一定程度上为应对各种重大突发事故提供了有力保障。但是部分院校在高层次、复合型应急管理人才队伍的建设上却一直处于尝试状态,其以往“一专一能”的教学模式下培养出的应急管理人才在处理错综复杂、形式多变的突发事件时往往有些捉襟见肘。因此,高校可以结合复合型应急管理人才的培养定位,从多学科知识教学、多种能力培养、理论课程与实践教学相结合等几个路径进行应急管理学科建设与复合型应急管理人才培养。In recent years, China’s system of the disciplinary construction of emergency management in colleges and the cultivation of multidisciplinary emergency management talents has been constantly adjusted and improved to provide a solid security of various major emergencies to some extent. However, some colleges are still trying the construction of a high-level and multidisciplinary emergency management workforce and those emergency management talents under the teaching model of being specialized in a particular area tend to underperform when faced with complex and variable emergencies. Therefore, colleges can build the discipline of emergency management and cultivate multidisciplinary managers from such paths as the teaching of multidisciplinary knowledge, the cultivation of multiple abilities, the integration between theoretical courses and practical teaching and so on according to the cultivation positioning of multidisciplinary emergency managers.
