摘  要:目的探讨以病例为基础的教学法(case-based learning,CBL)和标准化病人(standardized patient,SP)模式相结合的教学方法在内分泌科临床见习中应用的价值和意义。方法选取2019年9—12月广西中医药大学附属瑞康医院见习的2017级临床医学专业本科生110名为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各55名。观察组行CBL结合SP的教学法,对照组采用传统教学模式。采用问卷调查和考试成绩对比的方法,比较CBL结合SP的教学法和传统教学法的教学效果。结果观察组学生自我评价、考试成绩均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组教学效果、对教师及课程评价均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论CBL结合SP模式的教学方法培养出的学生学习能力更强,在临床见习教学中有明显优势。Objective To explore the value and significance of case-based learning(CBL)and standardized patient(standardized patient,SP)model in the clinical practice of endocrinology department.Methods A total of 1102017 undergraduate student majoring in clinical medicine from Ruikang Hospital Affiliated to Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September to December 2019.They were randomly divided into observation and control groups,with 55 students in each group.The observation group adopted the combined teaching method of CBL and SP,while the control group adopted the traditional teaching mode.The method of questionnaire survey and examination results were used to compare the teaching effect of CBL and SP combined with the traditional teaching method.Results The self-evaluation and test scores of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The teaching effect and students'evaluation of teachers and courses of the observation group were better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The teaching method of CBL combined with SP mode cultivates students with stronger learning ability,which has obvious advantages in clinical probation teaching.
