摘  要:目的解析在临床带教时,对急诊儿科实习生进行精细化临床带教的效果。方法选择桃江县人民医院2021年8月—2022年8月期间的78名急诊儿科实习生为研究对象,进行规范化的数字分组,研究组39名实施精细化临床带教;对照组39名实施传统带教。比较两组教学成绩、教学质量,以及教学满意度。结果相比于对照组,研究组教学质量、教学满意度、教学成绩优良率和教学成绩均较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在临床带教时,对急诊儿科的实习生,进行精细化临床带教效果显著,具有临床教学管理应用的价值。Objective To analyze the effect of refined clinical teaching for interns in emergency pediatrics during clinical teaching.Methods 78 interns of emergency pediatrics from Taojiang County People's Hospital from August 2021 to August 2022 were selected as the study objects,and standardized digital grouping was conducted.39 students in the study group were given detailed clinical instruction.39 subjects in the control group received traditional instruction.The two groups were compared for teaching performance,teaching quality,and teaching satisfaction.Results Compared with the control group,the teaching quality,teaching satisfaction,rate of excellent and teaching scores were all higher in the study group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In clinical teaching,the effect of refined clinical teaching for interns in emergency pediatrics is significant and has the value of clinical teaching management application.
