摘　　要：采用U形振荡管数字密度计测定蒸馏酒、发酵酒、配制酒及食用酒精的乙醇浓度,精密度好,准确度高,适用于对全酒种乙醇浓度的快速、高精度检测。The digital density meter with a U-shaped vibrating tube was used to measure the ethanol concentration of distilled alcoholic drink,fermented alcoholic drink,integrated alcoholic beverage and edible alcohol.The method has good precision and high accuracy,and is suitable for the rapid and high-precision detection of ethanol concentration in all kinds of alcoholic beverages.
