摘　　要：新工科建设和工程教育专业认证是提升我国工科人才培养质量的重要手段,对工科高等教育产生了变革性影响,也为地方高校工科教育带来了新的机遇与挑战。地方高校作为促进区域战略发展、产业转型升级的重要支撑,应围绕新工科建设和工程教育专业认证的主要职责和重要使命,以新工科建设和工程教育专业认证为契机,着力解决专业建设中存在的问题。主动对接区域社会经济发展,优化专业结构,推进课程体系改革,创新人才培养模式,全面提高学校办学水平和人才培养质量。New engineering construction and engineering education professional certification are the important means for the improvement of the training quality of engineering talents in China,which has a revolutionary impact on the development of higher education,and brings new opportunities and challenges to the local engineering colleges and universities.As important supports in promotion of regional strategic development,industrial transformation and upgrading,local colleges and universities should focus on their main responsibilities and important missions in the construction of new engineering and engineering education professional certification,and take the construction of new engineering and engineering education professional certification as an opportunity,solve the problems in specialty construction.And we actively link up the regional social and economic development,optimize the specialty structure,advance the reform of the curriculum system,innovate the talent training mode,and improve the school-running level and the quality of talent training in an all-round way.
