摘  要:目的 探讨Seminar结合PBL教学法在消化内科实习带教中的应用价值。方法 选取2018年9月—2019年9月在温州市中心医院消化内科实习的临床专业本科生39名。随机分为试验组和对照组,试验组采用Seminar结合PBL教学模式进行教学,对照组采用传统授课模式进行教学。两组在理论知识考核、临床技能考核和问卷调查等指标方面进行比较。结果 试验组与对照组入科教学前的理论知识成绩比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);试验组入科教学后理论知识成绩明显高于对照组(P <0.05)。试验组与对照组病史采集、体格检查和首程书写成绩比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);试验组影像学读片成绩明显高于对照组(P <0.05)。试验组临床综合能力得分明显高于对照组(P <0.05);试验组实习生对教学的满意度明显高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 Seminar结合PBL教学法在消化内科实习带教中,不仅能提高临床教学效果,还能促进医学生具备主动学习、分析解决实际问题的能力。Objective To explore the application value of Seminar combined with PBL teaching model in practice teaching of Gastroenterology. Methods 39 clinical undergraduates majoring in gastroenterology in Wenzhou Central Hospital from September 2018 to September 2019 were selected. They were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group was taught by seminar combined with PBL teaching mode, and the control group was taught by traditional teaching mode. The two groups were compared in theoretical knowledge assessment, clinical skill assessment and questionnaire survey. Results There was no significant difference in the scores of theoretical knowledge between the experimental group and the control group before entering science and education(P>0.05). The scores of theoretical knowledge in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in history collection,physical examination and first course writing between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).The results of imaging reading in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). The score of clinical comprehensive ability in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). The satisfaction of interns in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Seminar combined with PBL teaching mode can not only improve the clinical teaching effect, but also promote medical students to have the ability to actively learn, analyze and solve practical problems.
